cheese_fondue-copy Cheese and Beer Fondue - This slightly spiced, beer cheese fondue recipe, is super easy, and super creamy! Ideal for buffet and brunch tables, it can be served with your choice of dippers, but our favorite has been a rainbow of fresh bread chunks. Mmmm!

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 5-8 mins
Main Ingredient: Cheddar Cheese
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Cheese and Beer Fondue

1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne (or add a dash of hot sauce to the melted mixture)
3/4 c. beer
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions to make Cheese and Beer Fondue

Step 1:

In bowl, combine cheese, flour, mustard and ground cayenne; mix to blend well.

Step 2:

In fondue pot, combine beer and Worcestershire sauce. Set temperature at 375° and heat until bubbling. Gradually add cheese mixture and stir constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
